Fans arrive the second tickets go on sale.

BeTheFirst.com is a new UK site that tells fans exactly when tickets go on sale and counts them down to the second. When your sale opens, they’re logged in, card ready and one tap from your checkout. This page sets out why we’re worth approving.

The name

BeTheFirst.com

Every tour announcement ends the same way: sign up to be the first to know. Fans already say our name. We just happen to own the .com.

  • A phrase fans already useIt’s on presale sign-ups, tour posters and venue newsletters. Nobody has to learn what it means.
  • A .com from 2002Short, easy to say out loud and hard to get wrong.

Built for what fans search

“when do festival tickets go on sale”→BeTheFirst.com/festivals
“tickets going on sale this week”→BeTheFirst.com/going-on-sale
“coldplay presale time”→BeTheFirst.com/artist/coldplay
“glastonbury 2027 tickets release date”→BeTheFirst.com/event/glastonbury-2027

Why BeTheFirst

Clicks from fans ready to buy.

It comes down to when they click, and where they go when they do.

Buyers, not browsers

Fans come to us for one sale at one time. Thirty minutes out, we get them logged in, card checked and down to one tab, so the click you get is someone ready to pay.

Your checkout, never resale

Every ticket button goes to the official seller. If a show sells out, we point fans to the seller’s own face-value resale and the next date, never to a secondary site.

Fans who come back

Fans follow the acts they’d queue for. We tell them when dates are announced and again before the sale, so the same people return for every release.

We’ve only just launched, so there are no traffic numbers to show you yet, and we won’t make any up. We’ll share real figures as soon as we have them. Until then, here’s the site, how we’ll find fans and the standards we’ll keep.

The look

Looks like a gig poster. Works like a departures board.

Big photography, plenty of space and one countdown doing the talking. No flashing banners, no “only 3 left”, nothing that looks like a resale site. It’s built to earn fans’ trust, and your brand looks good next to it.

Event page with a large live countdown to the general sale, a Remind me button and a link to the official seller.
Every event page has one job: count down to the next release.
An event page on a phone in get-ready mode: a 24-minute countdown to a fan presale, a Log in to Ticketmaster button and a checklist.
Thirty minutes out, the page switches to get-ready mode.
Homepage with search and a grid of upcoming ticket releases, each with its own countdown.
What’s going on sale this week, at a glance.
Festivals page titled Be The First: Festival Tickets, with a festival calendar of upcoming presales, registrations and ballots, each with a countdown.
Every festival date that matters, from registration to the official resale.

Open an upcoming event, such as Coldplay at Wembley, and press “Demo: simulate the on-sale moment” to watch it hit zero.

The preview runs on example data. Artist names, dates and sale times are illustrations rather than live listings, and ticket links are placeholders.

Promotion

Where the fans will come from.

No paid search on your brand, no coupon or cashback sites. Fans find us through search, the reminders they ask for and each other.

  • Search

A page for every artist, festival and venue, written around what people actually type: when tickets go on sale, presale times, what’s on this week.

  • Follows and reminders

An opt-in list of fans who asked to hear about specific acts. Each reminder brings them back to the live countdown just before a sale, one tap from your site.

  • Social

Countdowns made to be passed around: one tap to the group chat, Story images, and a full-screen live view for second screens and streams.

Beyond the ticket

A gig in another city is a weekend away.

Plenty of people at a Wembley show have a train to catch or a hotel to find. Fans can pick where they’re travelling from (we don’t store it), and every event page offers what makes sense for that trip, with the venue and the date already filled in.

  • Getting there

Trains from their home town, parking near the venue, or flights for Ibiza and the Alps.

  • Somewhere to stay

Hotels near the venue for the night of the show, two taps from a room.

  • Eat, drink, explore

A table before doors, and things to do for anyone making a weekend of it.

  • Pack for it

Festival kit lists, from wellies and tents to goggles and hand warmers.

For hotel, travel and experience partners, these are people with a date, a destination and a reason to book.

Nothing is ever ticked for the fan. If they choose an extra, it opens the partner’s own search with the trip already filled in.
