“Claire does more than simply sing a song, she takes you to the story and sits you comfortably right beside the singer” – FOLK RADIO UK Dumfries born folksinger, songwriter and ukulele player Claire Hastings has made a name for herself on the folk scene since winning BBC Young Traditional Musician of the Year in 2015. Since then she has toured extensively, with standout performances including BBC’s Friday Night is Music Night alongside Lulu and Jamie Cullum, as a soloist with the Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Randers Chamber Orchestra and Aarhus Jazz Orchestra, as well as numerous folk festival appearances at home and abroad including Celtic Connections, Festival Interceltique Lorient and Canterbury Folk Festival, NZ. Claire’s three studio albums weave a mix of traditional, contemporary and original material, each with compelling storytelling through song.

Grace Elizabeth Harvey wrote her EP Songs of Devotion from deep within the tangles of language and love. Formed by train journeys, second-hand bookshops and borrowed sofas, what has presented itself is a collection of songs as dynamic and exploratory as they are simple and sincere. With a background as a classical cellist and student of literature and philosophy, Grace unites the traditional with the exploratory to capture deeply moving fragments of our experience, inspired by the likes of Laura Marling, Leonard Cohen and Madison Cunningham. The year of her 2025 debut EP, Other Faith, brought two UK-wide tours, including a break into London’s grassroots folk scene, sharing stages with the likes of Chris Brain, Chloe Foy, Josienne Clarke, Villagers and Florist. She won the Young Songwriter’s Competition 2025 and has since been awarded the PPL Momentum Accelerator Fund for her upcoming EP, Songs of Devotion. What started out as "Franck Carducci" in 2010, later developed into "Franck Carducci & Friends", subsequently "The Franck Carducci Band", and lately "Franck Carducci & The Fantastic Squad" - the current band I’m touring with, and which most of you probably know best.
