About this event

Wingerworth Comedy Club Christmas Special 2026 - MATINEE is on Saturday 5 December 2026 at Wingerworth Parish Hall, Chesterfield, with doors at 15:15. Tickets start at £16.50, including the booking fee.

It's the Wingerworth Comedy Club CHRISTMAS SPECIAL! MATINEE! We’re pushing the boat out with three amazing acts off the telly, a double show to deal with demand (please come or Christmas is cancelled...) and big festive laughs right here on your doorstep, all presented by your (local resident...) resident MC Carl Jones! This event is our 4pm MATINEE show (if you're looking for our 8pm evening show, please go here: https://wegottickets.com/event/694884/ ) where ticket prices have been frozen at our year-round cost of £15 for what will be one of the best lineups in the UK anywhere! Don’t miss out - these tickets sell very quickly every time and we’re strictly limited on capacity so book early to avoid disappointment. N.B Acts are sometimes liable to change due to TV bookings, tour support and other things beyond our reasonable control. While this is rare, we will always endeavour to replace acts with a similar level comedian. HEADLINE ACT: JOSH PUGH After 2 sell out tours (and likely a 3rd by the time he's with us at Christmas), Josh Pugh is one of the hottest acts on the UK circuit. Josh is known for his appearances on the small screen (TV) Live at the Apollo, Big Fat Quiz of...
