The Pump Acoustic Club · Trowbridge

He has played hundreds of shows around the country, supporting artists like Watchhouse, Jake Xerxes Fussell, and Joan Shelley. He is also a woodworker. “Swimming foregrounds his graceful guitar playing, his quietly intense vocals, and most of all his observant songwriting, all of which reveal new wisdom with each spin.” - SPIN "Sublime... the results are so intimate and tactile that you might just feel them slip through your fingers." - Bandcamp "Ten songs to be discovered, savored, and rediscovered" - Pop Matters “Each song breathes marvelously, matching the searching, restless nature of Moss’s lyrics perfectly.” - Aquarium Drunkard “To listen to Swimming, the new album by Sam Moss, is to be confronted by beautiful contradictions. Moss and his ensemble spin a gossamer web of instrumentation around Moss’ earthy voice, at once hopeful and a deliverer of weary wisdom.” -No Depression Tractor Watson is the banjo frailing, guitar pickin', folk singer, boat dwelling canal yokel hero of The Swamp Stom...
